Cheer Tryouts Just Around The Corner!

Get ready everyone for an exciting new season of cheer.  We have a lot of great things in store.  We'll be forming four squads this year.  Two Non-Competitive and two Competitive.  Check out the website for all the Tryout information or call 893-8264.

Sevier Valley Gymnastics & Cheerz has been in business for 10 years. We are the only USA affiliated gymnastics, power tumbling and cheerleading gym between Cedar City and Provo. USA is the governing body for these sports in the United States.
Sevier Valley Gymnastics & Cheerz consists of two gyms:

*Gym #1 is a 4800 sq. feet gym, which is set up for all around gymnastics and cheerleading. It has a balance beam room with 3 beams, two in ground trampolines, and 2 sets of uneven bars, still rings, and a gymnastics and cheer floor. It also has a vaulting area. Our gymnasts and all-star cheerleaders practice in this gym.

*Gym #2 is where our tumbling program is taught. We have a 40 ft. tumble track, which is 40 feet of continuous trampoline, 70 feet of power tumbling floor and a double mini trampoline.

We offer all of our programs for recreational (non-competitve) and competitive students.
We start kids at 18 months up to adults. We teach boys and girls of all ages. Whether you’re looking for some extra exercise, want to tumble for fun or want to be competitive; this is the place you need to be.

Sevier Valley Gymnastics has produced competitive gymnasts, power tumblers and all-star cheerleaders. Coach Jerry says, “It’s all about fun, self esteem, discipline and getting the most out of a child, helping them achieve their goals and then pushing for more!”

Our competitive teams are:
Gym Starz This is a girl’s gymnastics team that competes throughout the state of Utah.
“Nothing else can measure up to the strength and dedication it takes to be a gymnast!”

Spirit Starz These are All Star cheerleading squads that compete throughout Utah, Nevada and California.

Tumble Stars This is a power tumbling team that competes southern Utah.

“It takes an immense amount of air awareness to be a great tumbler and trampolinest!”
Gymnastics, Power Tumbling and Cheerleading are great starting sports to build self esteem, coordination, interaction with other and of course is lots of fun!

Our staff are trained in Safety, First Aid, CPR and Stunting. These are necessary elements in building and maintaining a strong and safe environment for kids to learn in. Come meet the staff at Sevier Valley Gymnastics & Cheerz and let them show you what we have to offer.
